Overbookings, misplaced bookings...we all know the horror stories. But not with gocubaplus.com! We have created a work method to eliminate the possibility of any booking errors. It works as follows: once you have reserved your ticket with us, we request a definitive reservation from the airline. We then send you by email a scanned copy of the confirmation number for the airline or a 'locator number', both have the same validity as the actual ticket. This way, you simply pay when you collect your ticket at the airport, you will be guaranteed to board the flight, whatever the circumstances.

If your departure city is not featured on flights.com, we recommend that you contact your local travel agent or the airlines directly. Our years of experience tell us that our customers often get the best deals this way. Email us if you would like us to arrange your flights at regular fares.

This administrative reservation process costs approx. $32.00 USD per passenger but, definitively guarantees your seat on the requested flight. You will also know the exact amount payable at the airport as per our website.

Unlike many countries, for immigration purposes, the Cuban authorities oblige that minimum of 3 days hotel accommodation be "pre-purchased" by all arriving airline passengers. Although not rigorously upheld in all airports, should you not have purchased at least three days of accommodation prior to your arrival you may be obliged to buy the same at immigration before entering the country. Airport purchased accommodation prices are not subject to discount and thus are much higher than our pre-purchase rates. We suggest to all passengers traveling with us to take at least a three day "lowest rate" option so as not to be disappointed by the extra cost at the airport. These rules are clearly written upon the back of all Cuban tourist visas for arriving passengers.
